Music & Drama
In Music class, students develop an appreciation for music as they learn music history, beautifully synchronized with the art history timeline. Students study the fundamentals of music theory, as they begin reading music on the staff, clap out rhythms, and read measures. Students develop their music theory skills building a solid music foundation.
In Drama, students learn the fundamentals of theatre production and performance in a classroom outfitted with a stage and a variety of props and costumes. They create theatrical skits and musical performances using instruments, stories, sign language, and dance.
